Again ncsoft just been sloppy..  if it doesnt make sense probly something htey didnt bother to remove. like blackram soulshield says it procect you from howl.. it doesnt. same with belt. and well.. the missing radient ring recipe.. and could keep going but ye you get the drill. the RNG boxes can showed they are only milking the cow til it die
