[Portal Bug] Blindeye Bazaar

Go to Blindeye Bazaar at Razorwing Ravine.

If you go on top of the red scroll sign and pull your character off the direction the portal faces, and you will find yourself outside of the restaurant with no npcs or players. It's supposed to lead you into the restaurant, but you appear outside of it.
