Low graphic bug cannot open chest or mine.

I'm on the lowest setting. I cannot mine anything or open chests in dungeon. My friend is on medium and he can open chests in dungeons and mine.

 

This is a game breaking bug for low end users, I'm trying to do some crafting.

New update I still can't mine or open chests. WTH is wrong with the game. I can't even move forward because I can't craft cinderlands transformation stone. No it is not glowing. Everything is off and low.
