Greenhollow Faction activity

I am pretty sure this is an issue on a lot of servers but I created a character on Greenhollow when all the other servers were full and now a week ago one on Windrest. Now the problem: There is almost NEVER anyone to do lategame faction stuff with, no Blackwyrm, no Terror. There are people farming insignias sometimes and this weekend people finally decided to do blackwyrm and terror. Faction chat is also compared to Windrest total crap. People are complaining when someone tries to trade soulstones or something else. Of course I didn't know at the beginning how the endgame would be and I just wanted to play. Otherwise I would have waited like 5 hours to get through the queue. Oh and I already bought cosmetics for my character so no deleting -.- Right now there are no more queues so I don't know maybe merge some of the least populated servers or give us the option to change server (to be honest I would also be ready to pay 5-10€ for that).
