Huge Tag team bug, anyone else experienced?

We just had a tag match and lost 19 points due to some strange bug, the first person tagged me in and after I'd done what I could and used my cd's I tried to tag but nothing happened, I then got cc chained, tried to tag again and nothing happened (not on cd) and finally I got some distance and just stood there spam clicking tag and nothing was happening... after I died the next person went in unable to tag too even though we all had interferes, heck I had 3 and the tag cd was not on so we could press to tag as it wasn't grey.

 

Has anyone else experienced this?
