Pentagonal Gem Fragments?

How can I farm this?  I am having such a hard time acquiring these, if anyone knows, please let me know!

I've been finding mine from brilliant gem pouches that you can get from the big 4 dungeons. sometimes the boss at the end will drop one, but the chest you get from the dynamic quest also has a chance to give you one of these pouches. these pouches will drop triangular, square, and pentagonal fragments.
