Suggestion: Give lower populated faction a bonus

As the title goes. Give them a bonus in form of a some extra XP or something else. This would draw more players in joining Ceruleans and even the two factions out. 

 

A bonus was given to tanks in WoW and you would notice more tanks began to play as they had something to work towards.

 

Right now everyone joins the higher populated faction since they will always outnumber the lower one. 

 

World pvp is hardly possible at the moment as you are always outnumbered 10 to 4 at all times.
