GAME won't start pass email and password

So since yesterday, I have been trying to login but after i put down my e-mail and password, you are suppose to see the dragon login screen, but nothing happens, BUT when you go to task manager, you can see the game running as blade and soul (32), is there ANYONE having this issue, i'm missing all my daily dashes.
