Does normal item in dungeon are loot share?

Are normal loot in dungeon share between every1 in the party? like potion and stuff or is that first pick up get it all?

Auction Bidding in dungeons and parties are only available if the items are Superior (Blue items). Consumables and green items only go to the person who picks it up.
