Error while login and chat in game

Somebody please help me. if i try to login my id, my password always revealed. I was trying to reinstall my bns, but its still happen. And if i try to keep playing bns, i can play normaly but i cant chat. If i try to chat and pressing key "A"/"S"/"D" ( walk in game ) my chat box is closing and my character walk. Please help me guys.
