getting update error e02002, even when i have plenty of memory space free pl help

is anyone else have this? and anyone have an idea as too how i can fix this? really much like  for bns launcher to work, ive done reinstalled 2 times in the past week among other ideas and im fresh out of ideas, any reply is helpful.  thx in advance

The issue is due to router/internet provider blocking or messing up with traffic.
