loading up

i was wondering how do you load N Coins. I came from a game called Elsword and the load up system was i got a gift card ( Subway or Burger-King cards ) and go to a site called pipiload and you use the amount on the gift card then you get a code with a 16 digit code etc etc so i was wondering can i use the site for here or some other cards that i can get N Coins with. PS i cant use a Paypal because i don't got a bank account and i don't know if a prepaid can can help since sometimes it ask for billing address or something like that.
