cant download well :(

can someone help me ? i cant download it completely it only stays on 20% when i update ncsoft it stop -_- why ?

no realy sure if it helps but i benn tryng to repair my files but wallways get error make ticket to the suport and hall they told me was to restart my pc and problem whould be solve .. -_- not realy still no able to repair my files and not able to play ..
