I get where you are coming from, I really really do. But you know you could just find 3 friends and que in as a party so you always get lead rite? Or better yet you can start your own party at a Dragon Spire outside the dungeon so you personally always have lead. OR you can start the dungeon yourself via the dungeon finder and once your inside recruit players. There are ways around it, and until they fix it you will have to use one of those ways.
