my NORMAL account username on these forums is Absinthesize

 

you can see the posts i made (wtb KFM leveling build) being hte most recent

 

i dont know what happened but suddenly my PIN didnt work on logging into the game

 

then logging in here prompted me making a new account

 

now my blade and soul PIN is repalced with my phone app authenticator i used for wildstar.

 

when it lets me in my characters are gone, i can only assume something happened and my account information got messed with in some way in relation to ncsoft account and individual game accounts.  

 

im going to keep this bumped because your support page is *cricket*ing broken, it just redirects me to my ncsoft account page.  and your bug report forums is full of posts with 0 views and no replies.

 

this game is VERY FUN, i enjoy it a lot, but im not going to settle for making new characters because of some weird account screw up thats not my fault.  my characters name i was playing was called Bodhee Dharma.

 

if this is not resolved eventually ill just cease to play, wich is sad, because as i said, i like this game a lot.
