Cant pvp or spar with my friend?

Im a lvl 36 assassin and shes a lvl 37 blade master. We've sparred before but after trying it a bit ago, i couldnt get it to work again. I go to pvp arena and i invite her to a spar. It says you have to be in the same room/lobby. I tell her to come to my room, it says that you must meet the requirements for her. When i try it it says that i cant join hers. I invite her to a 3v3 to be on my team. I rclick her name and click spar. You cant be in the same lobby or room as her (wtf?).
