Anglers Watch Black wyrm/terrors

After spending 2 weeks at level 45 on my server not once have we even tried to do terrors or Black wrym now it's been said we have the 4th largest EU server and yet nothing seems to happen.

 

After being in chat all day there seems to be hardly any people willing to even try these i found a massive 4 people, not sure how it is on other servers but i'm kind of looking for an active one that takes terrors and black wyrmdown I don't mind if it's EU or US but would prefer to be Cerulean order on a balanced server so we can have some pvp fun time. 

 

So if you know of an active server that doesn't have massive waiting times then please help me out, I don't mind grinding my gear ect again i just want to be on an active server.
