[MARKET] Not Working (never workig for me)

hi to all

i play this game from 13/15 days now

and i never use the market

not for my will but becouse every time i hit F5 or market in the NPC 

i see the message "service temporary unavaible"

i try to open a ticket to request help 

but the response is: read the forum...

 

now i chose to write in the forum and ask for help to the player, becouse the GM apparently is useless...
