Ncion not spending saying need more $

ok i order Cion i got sead cion but the game will not let me spend it.

 i see i have  the Ncion in game and out of game on web site  . note  thay got there $ from me and i got my Ncion . but the game store will not let me spand it at all saying i need to  bye  Ncion i do not have a nuf lie's i have 2.003 Ncion .  the first  ticket i put in thay marked resolved to it but it whays not.

 not iv opend 4 tickets and stating i need help its past 24'hr's  and i have not gotn help on it yet!

 p.s.  yes i  am spelling bad rite now im  pist

iv seen this i tryed to get a item with the Ncion on a nother toon it worked but not on my toon called Hentia puss.. plz fix
