Assassin Set Up For Open World PvP?

What's the best setup for Open World PvP in terms of skill tree for martial tome as well as soul shield? Should I prioritize crit? Health? Something else?

I'm level 44, but having a hard time in both one on one situations as well as these massive team fights.
