Ping spikes

Hi, i've been experiencing ping problem since the last 2 weeks (my ping was okay at the release) so my ping keeps jumping from 45-50 to 150-200 every 5 or 10 seconds wich make the game unplayable, I in fact, didn't play the game at all since I got that bug. I tried WTfast but it doesn't seem to work, the program shows me 15 ping without any spikes but I still feel the lagg.

 

Please Help me I really wanna play .-.
