Good website to get a Assassin skill build? >.<

I dont wanna fail my "skill tree" so is there a good website or guide about where to put my "skills" point into? and those "last" skills at the end of each tree ask for an achievement to unlock but i dont find the achievement anywhere ... help please too

While I don't have the website or guide, the achievements aren't in the game yet. Those are 50-level content.

Oh so to get those last skill in the skill book i need to wait until they change the level cap to 50?
