Travel Loading Isn't Working!!

When i'm traveling into a Dungeon or another Place the travel load is not working,it's freezing for few seconds (around 20 sec) and then i get Disconnected......Please help me...i have this problem when i started the game (around 2 weeks ago)!

Go up to the gate and stand in front of it for about 30 seconds. Afterwards you should be able to walk through. 

This helped my brother, he was disconnecting as well and it lets him through if he waits a bit.
