Anyone experienced the same problem?

hello, guys, i've made purchase ncoins (this is the 4th times) and as i clicked purchased email pop up said order pending. I read FAQ about order pending, and for me its unacceptable.. 1st 2nd and 3rd purchase was fine. how long it will take until your purchases reach you? it said up to 12 hours. Ugh this is bothering me.
