Dropped Weapon Skins Character bound

So, I've been farming Supply Chain for a while now and got a bunch of weapon skins from the extra bosses that randomly spawn in there.

 

Thing is, non of'em are for the class, on which they got dropped, yet they're character bound, but I do have the classes for which the skins are.

 

What's the point?

 

Those skin drops are rare enough, especially the right one for one's class and we're not even able to send'em to our alts, which could use'em, as in Account-Bound.

 

Starting to get seriously annoyed about all of this bound to character crap, probably just to promote weapon skins from the Hongmoon Store -_-...

 

C'mon NCsoft, you can do WAY better.
