New IP address, no verification email so can log in.

My husband has been playing the game with me since the open beta started.  We recently got a new modem which changed out ip address. When my daughter and I first logged in they sent a verifying email to us within 5 min.  My husband has been trying to get in for 2 days now. They won't send him a verification email.

Can someone help with this, or at least send me in the right direction. He loves the game, but is about to quit because of this.
