Server is being DDoS'ed..?

I've been online today and after today I'm pretty sure the server is overflooding with hackers or for sure there are DDoS attacks... Why doesn't anyone admit?

This might explain the frequent disconnects I'm getting. Haven't had these for weeks. Now I can't finish a dungeon.
