Buying ncoins failed

So i tried to buy 20€ ncoins but i keep getting payment failed, also there's no more option for "other" in the state/province and theres not my state in the list.

my problem was that i had wrong month when i added credit card. You should check the second window to see if it says something like purchase failed.
