i can't see my debuff bar

when u edit UI, NONE of ANY of the items are labeled for what they are, other than the obvious ones with text on it, i assumed the red colored icon bar was the debuffs i have, but it doesn't show things like, when chilled by forcemaster, i am NOT able to see how much the slow % is, nor how long its going to last. nothing.
