UI Change

So the question is can i change my UI? Well when i say change i mean make it smaller or bigger.

 

When i play i want my health bar and my enemy health bar to be bigger and my skills to be smaller or lets just say this menu on buttom left is too big...

The only thing i can actually change is a map. 

Is there some kind of mod that you can use so you can change UI? Someone please help!

 

BTW IS IT JUST ME OR THE LOGIN BUTTON IN THE WEBSITE IS BROKEN?!

Option>Game>Interface>UI Scale

 

Sadly doesn't let you scale individual UI, well not to my knowledge anyways.
