Goldsellers???

I really find it stupid normal ppl to suffer because of the gold sellers. Having created a few characters I noticed there are a total of maybe 20 - 25 bots that constantly spam. Every time I create a character I spend the first 10 minutes of "gameplay" blocking and reporting them and after a few days I noticed they are still there and still spamming. Can you IP ban them already so we can have normal chat and no chat restrictions? Would be greatly appreciated.
