SPEED HACKERS??

Just played a game against a summoner,this guy is SPEED HACKING. Literally hopping from one side of the map to the other, sometimes almost sprinting extremely fast. When I got back in lobby after this there were several other people who had fought the same guy. This WAS NOT LAG. I know the difference between lag and speed hacking/teleporting in a game. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP. Wont be long before more shitlords start doing this.
