Party Finder: General Party Function

I'm looking to form a general party to try and farm Insignia's @ Sentinel Outpost. Whether it be Guard or Blackram. Does the Party Finder not have this function? To just post up in "Areas" instead of "Dungeons"? Or is there a "standardization" that people have come up with when posting?

 

And yes, I realize I could just go level to 30 or so and come back to farm them, but I'd rather wear them on the Journey and not come back.
