I think it'll be a good place to find some sparring partners in one place by posting and messaging one another. Leave your in-game name and class ( with or without rating) in the post and message one another if interested.

 

Everyone is looking to become better players  so let's help each other by smashing each other's faces in and working together as a pvp community.
