Can someone tell me what the soul warden si and where can i find it? Tell me pls

Soul Wardens is the name of one of the crafting jobs. They make soul shields and transformation stones. To join them, talk to Soul Shield Artisan Choi Gibang in Jadestone Village. I had a hard time finding him because his title is "Soul Shield Artisan" when it should really be "Soul Wardens Rep".
