Multi-Button Mouse Support+More Keybinds

I have a Logitech mouse that I use that has multiple functions on it along with the left/right clicks. (MB, MBtiltLeft, MBtiltRight, two buttons on the side). I tried to map context skill slot 3 to one of the side buttons on my mouse (called MB4), does not work.

Is there anyway we can get keybind support soon for this? Especially freeing ALT, since I like to map keys such as ALT+1 or ALT+2 for food/potions. Shift as well since I prefer to map sprinting on to my middle button mouse. As well as mapping a key for certain spells that require you to press W+W or S+S, etc.

 

Also I read on some post (cant remember or where) but someone used a remap program called AutoHotKey. Basically you can swap mouse button functions with keys on the keyboard (etc, middle mouse button will act as if you were pressing Shift). Cant seem to get it to work... Has anyone tried?

Yeah, I use my 4 side buttons as Z,X,C, and V and works fine.
