Resolve?

Hello..i saw this game yesterday on youtube and i liked very much

I downloaded the game from site..instal..etc..THE PROBLEM IS: I created an account..then created a caracter..and when im try to log on him...its stay on the dragon loading screed..like 15min to finish upload..IN that Time..i get massive lag...even slow my pc..and need to force restart..

I tryed 2days..and its same...same problem..1 time..it entered on caracter..and on the frist ( NPC ) ..that the game give u when u are lvl 1..it same stop..and MASSSIVE lag..and need restart pc..

Why that? Im ruuning windows 10...i got Nvidia..im not Assus or Razer..or anything...and my PC ramg..gb...etc...I CAN PLAY 999 GAMES SAME TIME WITH MY PC! and this game..is a shit..

Anyone know how to resolve this? please help me

nope there is a big issue and they are finding out a solution from last patch ment 7-8 days most of player couldn't enter the game

Ya but i see on forums....alot of players are able to play..why? :(

And i see only razors/assus...crashes etc..im on Nvidia..wich is the   problem on me?
