Launching game gives me error

I have played since the founders start, I played up until a couple days ago (The division beta, real life stuff as well) I had this previously as well but was fixed by changing the code in DOCUMENTS>BnS>NCWEST>ClientConfiguration.xml from "<option name='use-chroma-keyboard' value='y'/>" to "<option name='use-chroma-keyboard' value='n'/>" but since the other patch the other day i now get the same error message, and can't seem to find a fix..

 

This happens when pressing Launch in the launcher, it begins to load, it loads up the round BnS Logo, and then this shows up...
