Upgrading weapon question.

I'm level 16 and I'm on the main quest Chapter 16: The Eight Masters.

 

My weapon is currently maxed out at stage 5.

 

To get it to stage 6 it mentions that I need a Stalker Axe and says I can get it from Everdusk Stalker - Jiangshi Wheel of Fate.

 

I saw that wheel of fate ages ago. Are there more locations for these wheels or am I going to have to try and locate the first one I saw?

Yep, you have to go to that place. There are others wheels but each have his weapons.

Well.. I went back to the wheel.. spun it 5 times and got items that are of no use to me to upgrade my weapon.. i got 3 weapons for other classes.
