Forum Name Change, Help Pls

I emailed them asking for them to change my forum name to my display name; Terabithian, but they responded by saying to post my request to Forums because they only help with in-game support.. what? How would me asking other players to change my forum name be of any help?? Whatever though, just doing as they said.
