transmute outfits eat your money your gold and materials!!!!

today i try to made a high quality outfit dont ask how manny trys but at the end i get nothing also al the materials where gone for a item that cant be trade ...

 

so i made a ticket asking for  help .....i wanted my items back or my money tis was not normaal al that fail

 

and they reply tis

This is currently a known issue and the Development Team is working to correct this in a future update.

I'm sorry, but the Game Support Team does not have a workaround at this time. Once a fix has been created and tested it will be made available in a future update.
