launcher password bug

so I'm posting this about a week after it happened, 

 

when I originally signed up for a bns account, my password had a space (blank/spacekey/etc) in it. It worked on your site, but when I tried logging in to the game it wouldn't accept my password. I reset my password many times using variations of the original, but they all still contained spaces. For each new password, I could log in to your site, but not in to the actual game.  I was only able to log in to the game after I created a password that did not contain any spaces.

I have the same issue.

A possible solution is pasting it in, as it accepts it, just doesn't allow to type it in.
