Keep replying to them. We will fill their inboxes with repeated queries until they respond appropriately. I've received 7 robot responses in a row, yet I will continue to pester the shit out of them until they finally answer me. Their answers are unacceptable, and will do every little thing I can no matter how insignificant it is.
