Soulstones

So I finished the story, I'm lv 45 I got a quest to go talk to someone in the misty forest, I put on my crimson legion uniform talked to the guy and that's it no more quests popped up or nothing. So now I have no idea about how to get soulstones.

I think you have to "rank up" in your faction. So basically go back to old areas and clobber NPCs (and if need be, lowbies)
