CRASH AFTER PLAY NOW

I have have the same problem as a few other people, when i click play now it comes up with the dragon logo and then crashes, i do not have a razer keyboard, i have a razer mouse and tartarus choma and a corsair keyboard, they are all chroma, i have tried repairing, restarting, changing the Y to N and then back to Y but nohing seems to work, i love this game's playstyle so much but I am not able to play it, I had run it before while running synapse and all that stuff, please help im almost out of patience with this game
