Help me please

i have a good PC i just downloaded this game and installed... but when i click play now im getting error E03008 and i cant send report from client

I got the same problem. I've seen in some foruns you have to install vcredist and direct x, the thing is i cant install vcredist because of an error...

But never mind, if the NCSOFT team won't find a solution this weekend, i'll give up from this game and hope many others will join me.
