Treasure chest drops right underneath dungeon exit, can't click on

I've just finished necrotic lab dungeon, defeating Furaku, then the treasure chest dropped right underneath the entrance exit and now I can't click on the treasure chest, please help!

So this actually happens quite a lot, What you need to do is basically turn your back to the portal and face the chest the best you can. If you do this you will be able to open the chest and the portal will not interfere.  If that does not work you basically have to just wiggle around tiny bit by tiny bit looking straight down at the box, This however has a lot slimmer chance of working but it works as a last resort.

aaaaand the chest dissappeared, thx for the tip though, I will try that next time it happens
