Problem with the connection!

I guess I'm not the only one here who cant connect to the game because of an error Disconnected from server. (2000) (132.10054). Is this region block? Or I need to change something in the settings?

I just see that there is even a stream. This means that people can play.

So why cant I start the game.

 

P.S I'm from Ukraine.
