Can't use crash on airborne targets. Beta bug is back?

I've spent the last hour trying to figure out how to use crash on airborne targets. I use "take flight" to make an enemy airborne and no prompt comes up to use crash, nor does simply clicking RBM cast it. I read this was a bug in the beta but no one around seems to have trouble with it anymore. Anyone have any idea on how to fix?
