Low fps in battles ever since the update

Any solutions? It seems to be something up with the game

I havent noticed if it was from the last update, but game simply is unplayable in fight likes BW - i drop to 10 fps even on lowest setup and ctrl+f, with some spikes droping to 0 fps - cant do anything (no dodge, no evade, even attack sometimes). This is not the case in every other games I have played/playing now. My PC is not the very high end rig, but still i can manage to play most of the games if not on high, then a bit on a lower setup. With BnS thats simply not possible.

And I thought this game was nicely optimized cosidering flashy skills, fancy outfits and stuff like that we have in game...
